This page describes how to manage the information and data contained on the site,www.avvocatopinardibologna.it, with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. The information is also provided pursuant to art. 13 of the legislative decree n. 196/2003 - Code regarding the protection of personal data - and art. 13 of the EU Regulation n. 679/2017 - GDPR - to all users and to those who access the site. The information is provided only for this site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links.

Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable natural persons may be processed. Purpose of the processing

Personal data will be processed by the law firm o for the sole purpose of allowing navigation within the site. The personal data provided voluntarily by users who forward to the addresses published on this site requests for information material or applications for professional positions for the study will be used for the sole purpose of sending the requested information or evaluating the applications submitted and will not be disclosed to third parties. unless the communication is required by law or is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of requests.

Communication and Data Retention - Place of Processing

The treatments connected to the web services of this site take place at the venues of the law firm and are only handled by employees, collaborators, associates or partners of the founder Maria Grazia Pinardi in charge of processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated. The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes and will be deleted immediately afterwards.

Types of data processed

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this possibility, the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

Data relating to curricula sent spontaneously to the dedicated address

The personal data contained in the curricula sent to the addresses indicated on this site will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating the profile of candidates and their selection and will not be disclosed to third parties. If the selection is unsuccessful, they will be canceled after seven days. The possible sending of particular categories of data (meaning those suitable for detecting racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to identify in univocal way a natural person, data relating to the health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person) entails the immediate cancellation of the data in the absence of a written declaration of consent of the interested party to their treatment by the founder Maria Grazia Pinardi.

Cookies

This site uses only technical cookies, ie those used for the sole purpose of "carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or by the User to provide this service ".

No personal user data is therefore acquired by the site through the use of cookies. These files are saved in the user's computer memory to facilitate subsequent accesses to our website. Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are so-called persistent cookies of any kind used, or systems for tracing users. In case of opposition by the User, it will not be possible to view the site completely and correctly.

Optional nature of the provision of data

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide their personal data to request the sending of informative material, request online advice or submit their application to professional positions at the law firm.

Rights of the interested parties

If the law firm avv. Maria Grazia Pinardi should process personal data and information acquired through the website, the subjects to whom such data and information refer will have the right at any time to request access, rectification, cancellation, portability of their personal data (within the limits of the provisions of articles 15,16, 17 and 20 of the GDPR) and the limitation of processing (article 18). They will also have the right to object to the processing for reasons connected to their particular situation, in full compliance with art. 21 of the GDPR, and where the processing also concerns "particular categories of personal data", the right to request the revocation of the consent previously given at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing that took place before such revocation.

In any case, if the user believes that his rights have been violated by this site, he can lodge a complaint with the competent guarantor authority.
