Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. The personal data contained in the curricula sent to the addresses indicated on this site will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating the profile of candidates and their selection and will not be disclosed to third parties. If the selection is unsuccessful, they will be canceled after seven days. The possible sending of particular categories of data (meaning those suitable for detecting racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to identify in univocal way a natural person, data relating to the health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person) entails the immediate cancellation of the data in the absence of a written declaration of consent of the interested party to their treatment by the founder Maria Grazia Pinardi.
Cookies

Rights of the interested parties
If the law firm avv. Maria Grazia Pinardi should process personal data and information acquired through the website, the subjects to whom such data and information refer will have the right at any time to request access, rectification, cancellation, portability of their personal data (within the limits of the provisions of articles 15,16, 17 and 20 of the GDPR) and the limitation of processing (article 18).
