Who I am

Lawyer since 1991, I trained professionally first in a firm operating in  commercial and banking law and then, for over a decade, in a primary firm specialized in industrial property law.

Founder of a firm since 2004, I concentrate on civil, corporate and employment law, copyright, family and privacy law, providing out-of-court consultancy and judicial assistance to individuals, public bodies and companies.

For over twenty years I have been an external lawyer of the Emilia Romagna Professional  Journalists Bar Association, at which I keep a legal desk for members and, for some years, I  have also been collaborating  with the National Professional  Journalists Bar Association.

I am legal consultant of several companies in the transport and logistic sectors, commercial and real estate brokerage, providing ongoing consultancy, from contracts to litigation.

In addiction, I have always been representing clients in employment lawsuits  (journalists, teachers, agents, managers) regarding dismissals, wages claims, deskilling, mobbing.

I am admitted to practice before Superior Courts and  an arbitrator at the Naples Chamber of Commerce and  at the Arbitration and Conciliation Chamber of the Bologna Bar Association.

I attended training courses, also abroad, in civil and contract law and I draw up contractual documents also in English.

For two years, since October 2014, I have been the "Rapresentative" contact person for the Province of Bologna of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the United Arab Emirates (Italian Industry and Commerce office in the UAE), being able to act as a support to Italian companies interested to establish privileged commercial channels with the Arab Emirates.
